Product Information

  • All products sold are 100% human hair unless otherwise stated.
  • Hair textures, lengths, and colors are described as accurately as possible. However, slight variations may occur due to lighting, screen resolution, or natural hair differences.
  • Hair is measured when pulled straight, not in its natural curly or wavy state.

Orders & Payments

  • All prices are listed in USD.
  • Full payment is required at checkout.
  • We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order suspected of fraud or unauthorized activity.

Processing & Shipping

  • Processing time is [3-5 days], excluding weekends and holidays.
  • Shipping times are estimates and not guaranteed.
  • Once an order has been shipped, we are not responsible for delays, lost, or stolen packages caused by the shipping carrier.
  • Incorrect shipping addresses provided by the customer are not our responsibility.

Sales Policy (Final Sale)

  • All hair sales are final.
  • Due to hygiene reasons, no refunds or returns are accepted.
  • Exchanges are only considered for incorrect or defective items, reported within 48 hours of delivery with photo/video proof.
  • Hair must be unused, unaltered, and in original packaging to qualify.

Custom Orders

  • Custom wigs, custom-colored units, and made-to-order items are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
  • Production begins immediately after purchase; changes or cancellations are not allowed once processing starts.

Product Care Responsibility

  • Once hair is delivered, proper care and maintenance are the customer’s responsibility.
  • We are not responsible for damage caused by improper installation, coloring, chemical processing, heat damage, or poor maintenance.

Chargebacks & Fraud

  • Fraudulent chargebacks will be disputed with proof of delivery, order confirmation, and communication records.
  • Customers who file chargebacks without valid reason may be banned from future purchases.

Intellectual Property

Limitation of Liability
